About Body Balance
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple strength and stretching moves that embrace elements of slower movements and isometric holds. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and your instructor will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred. Happy.

- We are now located in the Youth Room. Entry is adjacent on the right of the church doors. This is the only entry/exit point fo the class. Soon I will have a banner out the front but you won’t miss me.
- Use the hand sanitiser to your left as soon as you enter the room and then place your extra belongings in the pigeon holes provided.
- No cash – please pay online 30 minutes before class or PayPass in class or I will invoice you after class
